DomainsWriting
A story, and everything it's made of.
Writing in Scripveil keeps the manuscript together with its characters, locations, worldbuilding, timeline and relationships, so a story can grow without losing track of itself.
Develop stories through manuscripts, characters, locations, timelines, narrative structure and related creative material.
Vera climbed the last flight to the observatory before the light went. The coast had moved again, exactly as Tomas had warned, and not one of the maps on the table was any use.

A story is more than its text.
In Scripveil the manuscript isn't alone on the page. The characters, places, dates and rules its words refer to are part of the project, with their own history, so a chapter knows its purpose and revision, a character carries an arc across chapters, and a rule of the world shows every chapter that relies on it, including the ones that break it.
Chapter 14, Chapter. 5 margin notes. Three weeks after the autumn fair of 812.

Vera1 climbed the last flight to the observatory2 before the light went. The coast had moved again, exactly as Tomas3 had warned, and not one of the maps on the table was any use.
She counted the days since the autumn fair4 and did not like the number. If the shift5 came this early, then everything she had drawn since spring was already a lie.

A writing project starts with a foundation and ends in revision.
The project's foundation is where the story is set up. Revision is where it is refined, and it's worked through tasks and milestones tied to the manuscript rather than kept in a separate list.

What a writing project brings forward, stage by stage.
From foundation to finalization, a writing project shifts its attention: worldbuilding and characters early, the manuscript and timeline while drafting, revisions and milestones near the end.

In Drafting, a Writing project brings forward Manuscript, Characters, Locations, Timeline, Tasks. Everything else stays in the project, just out of the way.

Keep the story, its people and its places connected as it grows.
