Who operates the Website
The Scripveil marketing website (the Website) is operated by Scripveil, Kenya.
Scripveil is not currently a registered company, so no company name, registration number, registered office or tax number is shown on this website. When a legal entity is established, these documents will be updated to name it.
Information not shown
No company registration number, registered office, physical address, tax identification number, names of directors, incorporation date, or corporate status is shown on the Website. This is because none has been established or supplied, not because it is being withheld. We do not invent or estimate any of them. If any of this information is established, it will be added here and the documents will be updated.
Location and applicable law
Kenya is the location from which the Website is currently operated. That is a statement of location only. It is not a statement that Scripveil is incorporated or registered in Kenya or anywhere else.
Visitors can reach the Website from anywhere. The documents on this Website do not state which countries’ laws apply to any particular visitor, and they do not limit any right that the law of your own country gives you.
The Terms of Use do not currently name a governing law or a court, because that has not yet been settled.

Scope of these documents
These documents apply to the public marketing Website only: its pages, content and early-access request form. Scripveil is in early access, and the Scripveil application is not open to the public. Nothing in these documents governs the application or its features.
Documents that do not yet exist
The Website does not take payments, provide accounts, host user content, pay or hold money for anyone, run a marketplace, provide messaging between users, or process your work with AI. For that reason there are no subscription, billing, refund, creator-earnings, marketplace, community, project-content, professional-verification, AI-use, data-processing or service-level terms.
When the Scripveil application, or any feature that needs such terms, becomes available, the terms and policies that go with it will be published, and listed on this page, before they apply to you.
Intellectual property
Ownership and permitted use of the Scripveil name, logo, copy, design, graphics and interface demonstrations, and the treatment of third-party material, are set out in the Intellectual property and copyright section of the Terms of Use. Complaints about copyright or other rights are handled under the complaints section of the same document.

Each change to any legal document adds an entry below, newest first. We change a document’s “last updated” date only when its wording changes, and we never alter the date of a past version.
